Differences between viewbag, viewdata, and tempdata

1. viewdata

• The life cycle of viewdata is the same as that of the view, which is only valid for the current view.

 

2. tempdata

• Tempdata is stored in the session. The controller obtains tempdata from the session and deletes the session each time the request is executed.
• After obtaining the tempdata data, it is saved in the internal dictionary object.
• However, each entry in the tempdata set is deleted from the dictionary table once accessed.
• That is to say, the data of tempdata can only be transmitted once by the Controller.
• Each element can only be accessed once at most.

3. viewbag

• Viewbag is the new syntax of mvc3. viewbag is not a dictionary key-Value Pair structure, but a dynamic type.ProgramDynamic parsing during running.
