Different CIDR blocks cannot load ArcGIS Server release service solution

Problem description:
Services released by ArcGIS Server 10,
(1) it can be normally displayed in the program top9.3 and Engine 9.3 of the same network segment,
(2) display cannot be loaded in programs of top9.3 and Engine 9.3 of different network segments,
(3) it can be normally displayed in the same or different network segments, such as ipvtop10.1 and Engine 10.1,

Cause:

The virtual directory of the ArcGIS Server publishing service uses the machine name rather than the IP address. The Server machine name cannot be identified in different network segments.

Solution:
Modify the virtual directory path of the ArcGIS Server publishing service to an IP address.
