TMS320DM8168 is a multi-core SoC, which integrates ARM Cortex A8, DSP C674X +, M3 VIDEO, M3 VPSS, and other processors. DSP is used for VIDEO image processing. ARM is responsible for application management and control of various peripherals. The main function of M3 VIDEO is to encode and decode VIDEO frames, m3 VPSS is responsible for obtaining and displaying video frames.
