There are two reasons:
1. The above XX is the sending serial number. If the sending serial number of the selected packet is c0 c0, the execution packet must be c1 larger than the selected one.

In the DNP protocol, it is clearly written that 41 is pulse closed, while 82 is pulse disconnected, and there is no such thing as 81 at all. However, after I searched the internet, I wrote this on others.
I tried it. It was a success. I didn't try again on, and I didn't want to go over it.
In addition, the relay was originally placed on the ground and could not be remotely controlled. I tried it for two days and I was always wondering about the Protocol I wrote. Finally, there is no way to let people go to the site to see if it is really local. I almost didn't vomit blood !.
