Draw shape with graphical tools

The first two days a buddy shared a very useful graphical tool, so that we can see in real-time what the shape of the code is what it is, more bull is it allows us to set values, and finally generate code, so why should we write shape? If a compiler is good enough, why should we write our own code? Why do we use code when we can drag and drop controls to generate layouts? I have always been a supporter of the old technology, and there are good things we need to use more.
