Eclipse cannot import existing projects.

Recently, when I was preparing to review the previously written Android code, I found that many projects could not be imported.
It's a waste of time. It's a waste of half a day.
After checking every project that cannot be imported, I found that the AndroidManifest. xml file for all projects that cannot be imported is empty!
This is also strange!
If you want to run these projects again, you can only manually repair the AndroidManifest. xml file.
