Emacs 24 after automatically support the ELPA package management function, directly package-list-packages list plug-ins, and then Ctrl-s search plug-ins (online said the cursor to the plug-in name can be installed, but I do not test well, do not know what the reason), to determine the installed plug-in, the implementation of M-x Package-install plug-in name, you can install plug-ins.
