1. Two files are compiled separately, run separately

2. Emlog_static_homepage Home Static Use method is:

   ./emlog_static_homepage-url=http://example.com/index.php-t=30

   T is the interval, the unit is the second

3. Emlog_static_articles article page static use method is:

   ./emlog_static_articles-url=http://example.com/index.php-c=10-n=100

   C is the number of concurrent, n is the total number of articles, which is the maximum value of the article ID
