Enabling the database for SQL cache notifications

The database "Classapp" is not enabled for SQL cache notifications.

To enable the database for SQL cache notifications, use the System.Web.Caching.SqlCacheDependencyAdmin.EnableNotifications method, or the command-line tool aspnet_regsql. To use this tool, run the "aspnet_regsql.exe-?" For more information.

See if the database has the relevant listening service enabled:
Select databasepropertyex (' Database name ', ' isbrokerenabled ')
The next step is to enable SQL cache notifications with commands. Open the VS2010 command-line prompt tool and type the following command:

Aspnet_regsql.exe-s localhost-u sa-p password-ed-d database name-et-t table name

After running, you can see that several stored procedures have been added to the database.
