Error in creating VG 0516-1398 in aix6.1

Check the disk and VG information on the host and confirm that hdisk2 and hdisk3 are none.

Hdisk1 00f7970acb4eb18d rootvg active

Hdisk2 00f7970a972c42df none active

Hdisk3 00f7970a072a6431 none active
Create VG
Mkvg-F-y datavg Hdis2
Error 0516-1398 reported
Solution:

Delete PV and reload
# Chdev-l hdisk1-A Pv = clear
# Rmdev-RDL hdisk1
# Cfgmgr
Then create a new one.

Mkvg-F-y datavg Hdis2
