Today, I started to learn about the WCF program based on an online example. When running the program, I found the following problem: HTTP cannot register the URL http: // +: 8000/users /. The process does not have access to the namespace.

If this problem occurs, do not panic. Check the error message: the process does not have the access permission for this namespace, which indicates the access permission, so I tried to re-open vs as an administrator and didn't report this error.
