Their customers wanted gaskets. They used wrong cartons to pack them and sent them to the customers. The employee who installed the gasket said to me in the chat: "I didn't make a few dollars, but I want to give it to someone else .". Indeed, in the carton factory, there is no big fuss about using a few waste cartons, but I did not think of how much the customer would need thousands of gaskets to earn, whether it is too waste to install a carton.

If the size of a carton box is 60*30*50 cm, the size of the paper is 180*80 cm = 1.44 square meters. If the size of a carton is 2 RMB, the price of a carton is 2.9 RMB. Set 60*30 spaces, each piece of paper is 0.3 thick, then 50CM can be put 170, then 0.18x170 = 30.6 flat, each earning 0.5 yuan, it is about 15 RMB. In fact, because the size of the gasket is small, it is possible to pack it directly, and it is not possible to pack it neatly according to the above method. Generally, it is good to earn 10 RMB. 3 yuan for packaging.

Later I proposed to discuss it, and it turned into a 5 cent plastic bag to hold the gasket.

It is no wonder that packaging materials should be separately priced in cost accounting. The original packaging material may be a big data.
