Excel drags cells to new positions and overwrites the original content

Source: Internet
Author: User

When you use Excel to make a table, dragging the cell to a new location overwrites the original content.

When you drag to a new location, the system prompts you to replace the cell contents. If you click OK, the contents of the original cell are overwritten. If you click Cancel, the drag operation is canceled.

If you do not want to overwrite the contents of the original cell during the drag process, you can hold down SHIFT and drag, so that the cell is inserted in the new position, and the original cell is moved downward.
