Reference description:

AbsoluteCell reference: the exact address of the cell in the formula, regardless of the location of the cell containing the formula. The absolute reference format is $ A $1.

RelativeCell reference: In a formula, the address of a cell based on the relative position between the cell containing the formula and the referenced cell.

If you copy the formula, the relative reference is automatically adjusted.
