Excel2010 Tutorial quickly set data precision

1, open the Excel worksheet, click the "File" button

2, open the left list of the interface click "Options"

3, pop-up Excel Options window, click the Advanced tab

4, on the right window to navigate to the calculation of this workbook options, check the "Set precision to lock display precision" checkbox

5, after the completion of the settings click the "OK" button to make the settings effective

6. Return to the worksheet interface, click the cell that you want to format, and then click the Dialog Box Launcher button in the Number option group under the Start ribbon

7, enter the "Number" tab interface, in the Category list, click the "Value" item

8, in the Decimal box to adjust the number of digits required, click OK to take effect
