Personally, the general feeling of teaching in Sanshui middle school is still relatively good, And the courseware is quite popular. The students also say that they have learned something and basically achieved the expected goal. The teaching resources I selected throughout the course were introduced from pictures of new classes, such as the one-to-one event, the death of "Lin Daiyu, the news and reports selected during the consolidation training (twins won the 2006 Golden Prize) are close to students' learning and life, which may arouse students' interest and resonance, it enables students to maintain a high mood in the classroom to better complete teaching tasks. In the course of teaching, I try my best to avoid using some boring academic terms. Instead, I choose some languages that are easy for students to understand and remember, such as topic paragraph and support paragraphs, it combines teaching methods and forms with students' pleasant learning experience, so that students can learn easily and happily during the learning process. In the course of designing teaching, in addition to attracting students' interest, I particularly emphasized the smoothness of all aspects of teaching. From introduction, browsing, close reading, summary, consolidation, discussion to copywriting, each teaching link is closely linked and gradually deepened, striving to make the classroom compact and orderly. In my opinion, these are all successes.
Of course, due to insufficient teaching ability and experience, some mistakes also occurred during the teaching process. For example, when you ask a question, the primary focus is on the students who are not at the back of the question. This approach will dampen the enthusiasm of some students, and the allocation of time, there are still some defects. These issues need to be constantly improved and improved in my future teaching work.
