Extaspnet localization strategy adjustment

With the release of v2.3.5, the long-awaited extaspnet localization strategy adjustment officially kicked off. The main content of this adjustment is:

1. Support for simplified Chinese in Visual Studio design;
2. Simplified Chinese smart prompts during code writing;
3. The example website is rewritten and improved in simplified Chinese;
4. Complete the extaspnet main site (use the personal homepage style first );
5. Extaspnet Simplified ChineseOfficial Forum(The number of registered users should reach 2000 within three months); (foreign space is too slow, and there are too many spam users and comments, temporarily give up)
6. Extaspnet secret garden series (Simplified Chinese, full introduction to extaspnet );
7. Extaspnet control enhancement (including not limited to grid editing );
8. Extaspnet Promotion Ambassador will give priority to VIP access and serve as forum administrators (in plan );

The next version (v3.0.0) will be released in 1.5 months. (Something happened recently. Hold it for now)
