Budgie Desktop is a free open-source tabletop, the default desktop for the Evolve OS, and the Evolve OS is a OpenSUSE-derived system. Budgie Desktop is a lightweight desktop system, a good old computer and a desktop replacement using ARM architecture PCs. It also supports Wayland.

The latest version available Budgie Desktop 2.0 has recently been released. Where the Panel has become transparent, the menu search bar has been moved to the top, some small programs have been enhanced, the system shutdown and restart has improved support and some bug fixes.

Installation
Installation commands on the Fedora 21 system:

sudo su  /etc/yumrepos.d/wget http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/ Ikeydoherty:/evolve/fedora_21/home:ikeydoherty:evolve.repoyum  updateyum  Install Budgie-desktop
