File access Permissions

FileAccess enumeration defines constants for file read, write access. This enumeration has a FlagsAttribute attribute that enables the bitwise combination of its member values. (Namespace: System.IO)

Members

Member name	Description
Read	Read access to the file. The data can be read from the file.
Write	Write access to the file. Data can be written to a file.
ReadWrite	Read access and write access to the file. You can read data from a file and write data to a file.
