File control Change Event triggering issue

Recently, the project needs to use a picture upload function, I use the file control to select the picture file, and then use JS to read the file to preview the picture, and finally based on the user's actions to decide whether to upload the file.

There is a strange problem: when the first picture is selected and uploaded, and then the second picture is selected, there is no change event to trigger the file.

2) Some say to replace the original file control with ReplaceWith

3) Others say to re-register the event callback
