My current version is ThinkPad t60 and it is installed with Windows2003. The original software install is now changed to system update. What is hateful is that it cannot be used after the upgrade. During the upgrade, an error is always prompted: "unable to obtain user information ". I have been online for a long time and there is no good solution. I called IBM technical support and answered the question: "We also felt that there was a problem with the update software and we also responded to the Technical Department. You can find the driver you need manually... ", why do Lenovo support them ??
Today, I accidentally thought of compatibility issues. I tried to change the compatibility of c: \ Program Files \ Lenovo \ system update \ tvsu.exe to "Windows XP". I tried again and passed. It was so simple...
