First spring experience and impressions

After two weeks of effort, the first cycle of the task is finally completed, through this team collaboration, learned a lot of things, first of all, the task is divided, the big task into a daily completion, and then the team of individuals have their own share of the task, this way will not be all pressure on a person. There is also learned how to make spring sprint goals and plans, know how to take responsibility. But after two weeks of training, I also recognize some shortcomings, such as teamwork is not very strong impact, and sometimes complete the work more hastily.
