For me, even the opportunity is a challenge, a rare opportunity. This thought for a long time, has been afraid to write. Today I summon up the courage to write down, I hope the blog Park friends to give me encouragement and support.

Just take over this project, the product director gave me a tender book, said you want to complete the project according to the tender book prototype design, the story begins here ~

First, understand the needs, the process is very difficult, but the harvest is very big

Because of the first project, there is no experience. Department boss and I do the pre-demand analysis. A total of two business trips to understand the needs of users. In this process, my greatest experience is:

(1) Leadership is the leader, you have to admire.

The first trip we thought it was very smooth, well-prepared, prototype painting is also good, users only need to sign on the demand confirmation, we can develop. The so-called, ideal is very plump, the reality is very bone feeling. In the process of communicating with customers, we understand that there is a great deviation from the customer's understanding. Therefore, the first day the customer mainly to us to introduce business and professional terminology, we in the process of understanding the customer is completely in a passive state. Originally intended to spend a day, had to stay in the field for another day. That night, the eldest brother read their books all night, and then overnight in the hotel to change the prototype, in order to facilitate communication. The next day of communication, customers follow our thinking, we are in the active state. In this process, what I want to learn is: How to summarize the different views of customers, and propose solutions, how to quickly grasp the core of the problem, timely understanding of the needs;

(2) think with empathy.

In the product prototype design, I was often approved. Because write the program writes the habit, in the design time, always stands in the programmer's angle to ponder how realizes the question. For example, this module function I have no problem with the design, the function is also very convenient to implement. When I am full of confidence in the design of their own things to the boss to see is, in explaining the design ideas, he criticized me that you stand in the wrong angle, you should stand in the perspective of the user to think about the problem, you have to imagine that you are the customer; This prototype has several details, the original font size is not the same, the table False data is not combined with reality. Functional operation cumbersome. The page layout does not focus prominently. You do so without a professional expression. And you're going to take this prototype and return it to the client? You know, the object of your return is that you do not understand the computer, how you do to impress him.

(3) to be a leader, there are a lot of things you have to learn.

The days of traveling with the leaders led me to see the other side of the leadership. work actively, anywhere in the office, even on high-speed rail. PS Technology comparable to art, I really admire, although our company has art, but he rarely let the artist PS some pictures and so on. The leadership of these comprehensive qualities, enough for my students for several years.

In short, through three travel, product prototype design work is to be completed, the above is my experience this period of time, yesterday, I will be the database design, the bottom frame is almost finished, after the Qingming will be devoted to the development.
