Garbled code (modifying MySQL encoding)

Today's database is garbled. Actually, we know it is because the database encoding method is incorrect. How can we change it?

Later I learned that the database encoding includes client encoding and server-side encoding. In general, MySQL, the server-side encoding was set during installation.

In the MySQL Configuration tool, select the server configuration and change the encoding method to the desired (utf8 ).

Sometimes it seems that someone uses the doc command to change (Set Name = ''), but in this case, it only works for the window, but it still does not work. so, use the above method ~

In addition, you can modify the client encoding method by modifying the my. ini file. However, the server encoding method cannot be found ~
