更新程序版本后程序的路径发生了变动，而注册表里的路径却尚未修改，结果就出现了“打开方式”里无法添加应用程序的情况。“开始”—“运行”—输入“regedit”点回车，打开注册表编辑器。“HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\程序名称\shell\open\command”，数据里路径对不对，修改成现在的路径，或者直接把值删除，再添加到“打开方式”。
