1. Install the Linux installation first

Export Oracle_home=/usr/lib/oracle/12.1/client64
Export path= $ORACLE _home/bin: $PATH
Export Ld_library_path= $ORACLE _home/lib

sudo ln-s/usr/include/oracle/12.1/client64 $ORACLE _home/include
