Environment: win10,64 bit, go1.5

Install command: Go get golang.org/x/tools/cmd/oracle, error message: packagegolang.org/x/tools/cmd/oracle:unrecognized import Path " Golang.org/x/tools/cmd/oracle "

because golang.org is the reason of the wall, can use github.com/golang/tools/, and Golang.org/x/tools is the same.

Copy the files under the Github.com directory or create a soft connection to the Golang.org/x/tools to install.
