Google has just released a mobile site design principle called "Principles of Design:delight Users and drive Conversions", created by Google and Answerlab white skin Book. The white paper mentions that in order to delight users and drive conversion rates, mobile site design should follow 25 design principles.
These 25 design principles relate to 5 design areas such as home page and site navigation, website search, business session, form items, usability, etc., including:
