Grow up inadvertently

I am looking for a job. I asked him to prepare his resume. On the phone, I tried to tell him something nice.
From small to large, I have never seen him have such a positive experience, but he still has some trouble.
After hearing some general information, I told him to rest assured that "everything is on me ".
It seems a little strange to think about it. Why can't I think of him as the kid.
I don't know if I have grown up? I don't feel it. Maybe it's because I am waiting for school every day. It's hard to find the trace of my growth because I am restricted by my student identity.
