Now many organizations have begun to use wireless networks. In this wireless network environment, although we can easily perform folder sharing access, however, it is not that convenient to share the access to the printer. Can we find an effective way to easily share the access to the printer in a wireless network environment? In fact, it is not difficult to use a wireless network for printer sharing access. We only need to follow the steps below to easily achieve printer sharing access:

First, in the wireless network environment, find a common workstation that can be smoothly connected to the wireless router device and log on to the workstation system as a system administrator, click Start, set, and printer and fax commands in the system. In the displayed printer List window, double-click the Add Printer icon, follow the wizard prompts to correctly install the printer device to the corresponding workstation system, and set it to the sharing status;

After installing and setting the target network printer, find the target client to access the network printer from the wireless network, and open the printer List window in the system, double-click the "Add Printer" icon to open the printer Installation Wizard window, and then select the "Network Printer, or printer connected to another computer" project;

When the screen prompts us whether to print the MS-DOS, we should choose "no", otherwise it is likely to encounter errors when accessing the network printer through wireless networks in the future; the following figure shows the target shared printer we have installed and configured through wireless network browsing. This step must be correct. However, we would like to remind you that if the wireless router device in the local wireless network supports DHCP, you only need to select the "Browse printer" option in the Wizard interface shown in 3, you can easily search for the target network printer in the wireless network environment. If you cannot find the target network printer, we should carefully check whether the wireless network runs normally. Once the target network printer is found, follow the wizard prompts to complete the remaining installation operations.
