How do I make a split effect?

Effect:

Steps:

1. Open a movie image, as shown in the following figure.

2. Open the Layers panel, drag the background layer to the bottom of the panel to create a new button, copy a copy layer.

3. Select the single line marquee tool in the Toolbox, click on the image Height 1/3, select a rampage, and then press SHIFT, and then click on the height 2/3 to select another.

4. Select the Vertical marquee tool in the toolbox, press SHIFT, and select a vertical at the image width of 1/3 and 2/3.

5. Execute the "select | modify | enlarge" command to enlarge 4 pixels for each rampage and vertical constituency.

6. Set the foreground color to bright black gray , and then perform the edit | fill command to fill the foreground color with the vertical. Then click the Ctrl+d key combination to cancel the selection.

7. Perform the image | Canvas size command to enlarge the image width by 12 pixels respectively.

8. Click the copy layer in the Layers panel, select the part of the image, and then press Ctrl+shift+i to reverse the selection, and select the border blank part.

9. Perform the Edit | fill command, fill the border with the foreground color, and then press Ctrl+d to cancel the selection.

10. Merge layer, make complete.
