How do I turn on automatic switching of input methods in Excel tables?

We use Excel as a table in the process, different cells sometimes need to enter text content, sometimes need to enter numbers or dates and other non-text content, so need to constantly switch between Chinese and English input method state, let people feel very troublesome. In fact, we can set up in advance, let the Chinese input method when you need to use it "automatically" open.

In the Excel table, select the cells that you want to enter text in. If you need to select nonadjacent cells, just hold down the CTRL key.

When the cell is selected, tap the effectivity command under the Data menu.

In the Data Validation window that pops up, switch to the Input Mode tab, change the input mode to open, and then click OK. You will find that when you move the pointer over the cell you just selected, the default Chinese input method automatically opens, and the cursor moves to another unselected cell, and the input method automatically closes.
