How do Excel tables sort? Microsoft Office uses more users of Office software, while Excel is a convenient Office application in the direction of data processing. But many people don't use Excel tables for sorting. So here's to learn how to use Excel2007 to discharge the most perfect order!
The rank command is to get the rank of a cell in a heap of data. For example, the table below is shown in the following illustration:
First, enter the formula =rank (C2,C:C) in the corresponding cell in the Comment column and press ENTER. Meaning is the position of the C2 cell in the C:C, that is, the C2 rank in all data in column C. If you D2 the rank of cell in column D, the formula is =rank (D2,D:D):
In the second step, click to select cell F2, and then move the mouse pointer to the lower-right corner of the F2 cell, and then double-click to fill the formula down when the mouse pointer changes to a black solid cross as shown in the following illustration:
Third step, click the F1 cell, click the Data tab, and then click the Ascending or Descending icon:
For example, after clicking the ascending icon, column F will be sorted in order from small to large, as shown in the following figure:
Fourth step, delete the F column data, you can get the ascending sort result of column C (because it is sorted according to the rank of column C):

For cases where data is duplicated in other columns, you can sort by using multiple field sorting methods. For example, the goal of this article is to sort by the "public basics" in descending order, then in descending order by "declared score", and then in descending order of "total score".
So, click any cell in the Common Basics column, then click the Sort button on the Data tab, click Add Criteria in the newly opened dialog box, and then in the Secondary key column, select a second sort basis, that is, "Deuteronomy score":
After you add the criteria in the following figure, click OK:
As shown in the following illustration, three sorts of conditions are completed:
