How hard is it to organize scripts?

In the last two days, my colleagues and I have finished sorting out only 40 thousand lines of JavaScript scripts in a project. The function names and summary list more than 70 pages. During the sorting process, I found that script writing is more difficult than object-oriented languages such as C # and Java, especially when many scripts are used.

Javascript is not designed for Object-Oriented purposes. Therefore, some problems may occur during function naming, event models, and simulated objects. Therefore, the script must be compiled at any time and reconstructed at any time, so that a clear structure can be established at the end.
