How the database generates SQL statements

Take SQL SERVER 2008 as an example.

1. Start the client manager and connect to the database where you want to generate the script.

2. In the left Object Explorer, right-click the database to open the menu. Select the tasks, Generate Scripts menu, and open the dialog box.

3. Click Next and select the script all objects in the selected database box.

4, click Next. Change the content options that you want to script to true on the right.

5. Click Finish to display the generated database script in a new window.
