3. Press CTRL + J to copy a layer of the newly-coated layer, change the layer blending mode to "filter Color", and change the opacity of the layer to: 30%, just keep the other parts of the face and erase with the eraser tool.

6. Create a new layer, Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E, execute: Filter = Blur = Special blur, numeric value is default, and then press Ctrl + f,3-5 once and then execute: Filter = Blur = Gaussian blur, value 5, and layer mask to erase the character part
7, create a new layer, Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E, and then change the layer blending mode to "overlay", layer opacity to: 70%
8, create a new layer, fill color: #F9DC28, and then change the layer blending mode to "multiply", layer opacity to: 10%
9, create a new layer, Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E, use the tool to deepen the edge of the face and hair, and then use the Dodge tool to highlight the highlight of the character's eyes.
10, create a new layer, press CTRL + ALT + Shift + E, execute: Filter = Blur = Gaussian blur, the value is 5, determine the layer blending mode to "soft light", the opacity of the layer changed to: 50
11, create curve adjustment layer, parameter setting

12, create a new layer fill color: #066176, and then change the layer blending mode to "soft light", layer opacity to: 30

13, create curve adjustment layer, parameter settings such as Figure 14, determined after CTRL + ALT + Shift + E, and then the overall decoration of the details, complete the final effect
