How to display database query results within a text box

There are two text boxes, how to enter a table in the first text box, and then in another text box to display the values entered according to the previous text box in the database query results!
For example, the database has an employee table (employee name, department), want to enter the employee name in the first text box, do not need to press any button, you can automatically display the corresponding department of the second text box!
