Apache does not support ssi by default. We need to change httpd. conf for configuration. Take Apache 2.0.x on Windows as an example to open httpd In the conf directory. CONF file, search for "addtype text/html. shtml ", search result: # addtype text/html. shtml # addoutputfilter between des. shtml removes the first two rows and modifies the following two rows: addtype text/html. HTML addoutputfilter between des. HTML. PHP then searches "Options indexes followsymlinks" and adds "des" after the row to be searched. This will change the row to options indexes followsymlinks between des and save httpd. conf to restart Apache. Now we have completed the configuration of Apache SSI. Note: The deldes file is followed by the SSI File suffix .. Set as needed.
