Users install the XP system after the browsing of the Web pages often often pop-up automatic dialing dialog box, this dialog box seriously affected the user's normal use. There are two ways to solve this problem.
1. Temporary closure
You can click the "Settings" button at the end of the window to go to the Dialing Preferences window, check "Disable autodial when I log on" and "OK", which will temporarily cancel the AutoDial feature, but the next time you turn on your computer, you will still receive a prompt to dial automatically. If you accidentally check the "do not ask me before I log on" option in the first "Network Connection" dialog box, or cancel the "Always ask me before AutoDial" choice in the Dialing Preferences window, each time you open the mail client software or save the Web page, it will automatically dial, Many users, especially novice friends will be unprepared, can be resolved as follows.
2. Complete closure
If you want to completely turn off the feature, click start → control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools in the Control Panel, and then double-click Services. With the list of services open, right-click the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager option and select Stop. Right-click the option again, select Properties, and in the General tab, in Startup type, select Disabled. When you want to restore this feature later, change to Automatic.
