How to install the rational xde license

Download the xde for vs.net evaluation version (rational xde Dev for Visual Studio eval) from ibm.com)
But neither IBM nor Google found the license and usage method.
I installed it myself.

Because the local machine has installed rose Enterprise Edition (cracking), it is equipped with a license management service (flexlm license managerlicense, find a license that is said to be permanent, but it is the import time when licadmin.exe error, and cannot start again. Delete the following files for troubleshooting, but the License Manager still cannot provide the xde license

Rational_server_temp.dat
Rational_temp.dat

The final solution is to open the license list file (license. dat) used by the license management service, manually copy and append the text in the xde license, and then restart the license management service.
