How to Learn intelligently

Today, I am more and more confident in the fact that Chinese education, whether in primary and secondary education or even in university education, is still keen on the skillful skills that require students to memorize and replicate knowledge, however, they do not intend to actively teach students the basic methods of self-learning and personality development.

The whole educational system and mode itself do not have the motivation to reform. They not only lag behind the needs of the times, but are also immersed in high costs and extremely low returns, so they cannot stop.

I always doubt whether the education investment, which accounts for a large share of the income of every ordinary family, is worth something. Because with simple meditation, we can see that the education provided by the school does not teach students some important things necessary to establish a foothold in society.

Learning in the way of things actually respects the cognitive rules of ordinary people. Mechanical memory of grammar, the educator does not really need to understand the language, he can easily impart knowledge, when the goal of education drives him to meet the objective of the test, the purpose of learning a foreign language, I was forgotten outside the 9th cloud.

How should you face the problems that come in your life: the troubles of adolescence, how to deal with early love, why can't you hear what your parents say.

Of course, the school doesn't really care about this. It may also be the responsibility of your parents. But at least, no matter who is the owner, you will find that you should be told to start preparing to take responsibility for your own actions. You do not study for your parents, nor for your school or teacher, but for yourself.

But even if you are told everything. In fact, you may still not know how to start. Your owner will advise and let you manage yourself.

You should find some feelings in your youth: You believe that you can acquire knowledge and skills without needing a teacher. You believe that you can develop your own personality and expertise.

This is an ideal wish, but in reality, it is often split: the school will instruct the teacher to fill all the classrooms and extra-curricular time, there is no gap or choice.

The competition rules for education are set up as follows: students are prohibited from watching each other's learning. Everyone must become a single master and compete with each other. Students are classified into different levels based on their scores. More than classmates and the need to attract attention usually leads the learning needs.

Under this seemingly fair competition rule, the goal of education is concealed: whether people do not want to continue the knowledge they have learned, or whether they can meet the basic requirements of social connection, whether it can support a person's self-cognition and development. People regard this method as a selection sieve, but they do not find any problems with the sieve itself. Only when a lot of people passing through the screening cannot establish a foothold in society can people finally admit: No matter how fair, if the wrong way to education, the error is still returned.

After many years, you will find that you have learned many things before. You can only really start after you are away from you. Aside from getting too frustrated, you may wonder: why can't we learn something really useful from the very beginning? In our learning knowledge, is there anything that is too self-entertaining and crazy?

No one is responsible for you unless you are yourself. If you understand this truth, you will understand all the choices, whether they are selected by others or selected by yourself. Therefore, you must take responsibility for the results.

In this case, the root cause of education is to train self-responsible persons to think and act with their own strength.

The advantage of learning by doing one thing is that the learning process is a complete series of processes.

You will define a problem by yourself, learn to observe and collect materials, and evaluate and carry out work with partners. In the face of facts, both authoritative and previous knowledge are around you for your review or use. You will find a trade-off point based on the result orientation, and balance various resources.

You will learn how to locate the core elements that a solution requires and can solve. You will stick to what you need and like. Even if you are a perfectionist, you have learned to give up in order to deliver the results.

By doing one thing to learn, you will understand where the knowledge comes from and how it derives and changes. You can change it to what it looks like.

You did one thing, then learned something, and then learned something. More and more skilled and faster. You will fix the similar parts in your work. You gradually form your own cognitive system and knowledge architecture. This structure is self-accumulation and self-growth.

This is how you work and how you think. You will understand that knowledge is not a fixed thing, and it is in flow, change, birth, and destruction. You don't have to worry about more or less knowledge, because you understand that knowledge will come along with inspiration only when you need it and connect to actual needs. If you have the correct mindset: You can always find a solution to the problem.

The only saying that knowledge is used correctly in the world, and that thinking that knowledge only increases and does not decrease is purely nonsense.

[5] Stay hungry and stupid

Education makes people lose their consciousness and confidence, and their desire to take control of the overall situation of their lives.

Only by maintaining hunger can people become struggling and dissatisfied at any time. Because of dissatisfaction, life is always full of fear and motivation.

Only by being stupid will you not lose your curiosity, your worldly feelings, or your chance to innovate.
