How to play Excel2016 advanced filtering

Enter the filter criteria first in any blank cell in the worksheet. Then select the range of data you want to filter, and then switch to the Data tab.

Now clicking Advanced in the "Sorting and Filtering" toolbar will open the Advanced Filter dialog box, where the list area is automatically populated.

Now you need to set the criteria range. Click on the button on the right, and then directly with the mouse to select the previous set of the single condition area, you can automatically fill, click on the right button will return to the Advanced Filter dialog box.

When the conditions are set, click OK, and you will see that the items that are not eligible are cleared and the rest are the data you want to see.

If you want to see items that meet the unit price greater than 100 and the total price is greater than 300, the operation of the same, only in the selection of data, the list area to select the total unit price and total part of the data (in order to select the convenience, the number of parts can be selected together), the conditions of the total selection of the set unit price and the total portion can be.

Excel also has an AutoFilter feature that is easy to use and efficient. Or take the Excel table as an example, first select the item bar, and then click Filter on the Data tab, and you can see a drop-down arrow for the item cell.

Click the Drop-down arrow button, which automatically extracts the data options in this column. If we just want to see how much the copy paper buys, remove the other options and just check the copy paper.
