How to set IE10 as the default browser

Applicability:

Applicable to Windows 8 consumption preview and IE10 browsers

The default browser is changed to a third-party browser program.

Procedure:

Solution 1:
1. Click "tools" in the IE command bar or the upper right corner and select "Internet Options ";



2. Select the "program" tab and click "set Association ";



3. Check all options and click save ";



Solution 2:
1. Right-click a blank position in the lower left corner, and choose "all applications" from the left-click menu ";



2. Select "default program" under "Windows system ";



3. Left-click and select "set default program ";



4. In the program list, click "Internet Explorer", select "set this program as the default value", and click "OK ";
