first, the start of audio services;
1, open the beginning of the lower left corner of the computer menu, find the right list inside the Control Panel options click to enter.
2, into the Control Panel interface Click the top right view to select Small icons, and then find the system management options in the list, click Enter.
3, into the System management interface, in the following sub-list to find the Computer Management options. Click to enter the Computer Management interface,
4. Then find the service and application, click Open to find the service click, and find the Windows Audio option in the list on the right.
5, then in the pop-up windows Audio session box to see if the service has started, if we do not click the launch option below.
Second, the driving problem;
1, right click on my Computer in the Drop-down menu to find Device Manager options, open into the Device Manager interface.
2, then at the bottom of the sound, video and game controller options open to see if our sound driver is installed successfully.
3, right click on the sound driver option, select the Update driver in the menu, and then self search reinstall under the driver (find our previous backup of the driver folder to add)
