Clearly indicates whether the current stage is smoke, functional testing execution, or regression testing.
Clearly determine when the current phase is expected to end (in Controllable circumstances, where is the risk if it is uncontrollable or unpredictable)
Clearly which module is being tested, and which modules are not tested (usually the first module with a higher priority)
Write down the test plan for next week

2.1 introduce the testing module of this week
2.2 clearly understand the quality of the current module: How many bugs are opened, how many are fixed, and how many are closed. What is the bug trend (convergence should be performed in the later stage. If convergence is not performed in the earlier stage, the reasons for unconvergence will be explained)
2.3 what are the problems this week (risks)
3. Texture
3.1 related images, which need to be explained (such as reopen bugs and high-level bugs)
