How Word sets the Insert Picture

Inserting a few suitable pictures in a Word document makes the traditional boring document lively, so it is "illustrated". But sometimes, these images embedded in the document, but not so obedient, so that we do not want to move. Is there any way to save these images embedded in Word?

1. Extract embedded image

2. The picture format skillfully transforms

Inserted in the document of the image is BMP format, is not able to convert to JPG, to achieve the effect of thin body?

Advanced: We can also record a macro to help us convert all the remaining pictures. In the View tab, in the Macros group, click the Drop-down menu for macros, and select Record macro. You may want to set a shortcut key combination, such as "alt+ctrl+h", and do not conflict with other shortcut keys. Then do the graphics transformation above and click the Stop button in the DOT macro drop-down menu when you are done.

The next step is simple, click to select the picture you want to convert, and then press the macro shortcut key combination to automatically complete the picture conversion.

3. Picture compression

The inserted picture is a JPG, the document is still amazing, this is why? The original was the digital photos directly inserted, and with the digital camera more high-definition development, a photo of a few trillion size is no longer curious. Click the picture, and switch to the Format tab, and in the adjustments group, click Compress Picture. In the Compress Pictures dialog box that pops up, select Change resolution to print, and select compress pictures and delete cropped areas of pictures.
