HTML + CSS learning notes

I have been studying web development for four months. In these four months, I have learned a lot of skills and knowledge. In this study, I began to develop the habit of taking notes. Because I used to learn other technologies. It takes a lot of time to find the content I have read before when I don't need it for a long time.
