HTTP API Select WinInet or WinHttp?

Microsoft provides two interface APIs for HTTP, and many times we don't know which one is better. (Of course, both sets are not used, their own use Winsock2api to write also can)

Take a look at Microsoft's official recommendations and choose the one that suits you:

Two sets of APIs I have used, as if WinInet to IE have patience, ie this slag has been abandoned by Microsoft (short-term will not be completely removed from windows). So, I recommend using WinHTTP.
