My colleagues recommended the opportunity to go to HW for an interview. First, I had a phone call from a supervisor, and then I had an interview with another supervisor. I primarily talked about some work experiences, project experiences, and so on, no specific technical problems are involved, and the first two rounds of operations are quite easy. After a period of time, the second round of technical interviews should be the most important part of the entire interview process and the most rejected round. I was a little nervous before I went there, and I was not confident in my own technical skills. I really did not perform well during this round of interview. I don't expect it to happen. Record the questions for the third round of interviews as a warning:
1. Advantages of Object-Oriented Design
-- I didn't even answer the question of improving code reuse. In the past few years, the program has been written in white, and BS has done it on its own.
Advanced Concepts in Object-Oriented
-- List some
Differences between Polymorphism and refactoring
-- I explained it separately.
2. STL advantages
Speechless
3. Example of optimizing SQL statements
Poor answers, far-fetched
4. Advantages and Disadvantages of Indexes
I checked it back. I got half the correct answer.
5. What should I pay attention to when using pointers?
Speechless, sweaty
This is probably the answer to technical questions. I also asked if I care about new technologies and my own shortcomings. The examiner is serious and I am nervous. Alas, I am not confident.
It is really not difficult to come back and look at these questions. Apart from the fact that I haven't touched things in aspect C for too long, other questions are quite basic and I cannot answer them well. The main reason is that the summary is not enough at ordinary times. I have done some things like optimizing SQL statements to improve efficiency at ordinary times, but I cannot think of them during the interview. If I sort out these skills in a timely manner, I was much impressed. So you need to write more blogs.
Look at the examiner's expression and you will know that there is almost no hope of it. As a collection experience, you should know yourself again. Don't be discouraged. Come on!
