These concepts are certainly unfamiliar to people engaged in computers. However, it is easy to make people confused. On the one hand, I will share my views with my superficial knowledge.

note: here, I said that the router works at the network layer and does not mean that it does not have the upper-layer infrastructure such as the application layer. For example, all vrouters have Web servers and built-in DHCP server.
